Dial a Ride is a safe, accessible service provided through Durban municipality to assist with transport for wheelchair users and others who find normal transport services inaccessible.

Register with the call centre (open every day 6.00am to 6.30 pm) to arrange bookings and establish applicable transport costs – Tel +27 (0) 860 662 453 or email 0860rolling@iafrica.com

Please request reservations well in advance – especially if transport to/from the airport is required. Dial-a-Ride drivers are well trained and sensitized to the needs of persons with severe impairments.
