Consignments and Shipping Information for COP17/CMP7
Consignments
Consignments to COP 17/CMP 7 are handled by DB Schenker South Africa.
Consignments can only be received at the address below starting 21 November
2011:

DB Schenker South Africa has been appointed as the official warehousing and distribution services provider contracted by the South African Governnment Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO). DB Schenker South Africa is also available to handle Import/Export customs clearing, freight forwarding and warehousing/distribution logistics on behalf of participants at COP 17/CMP 7 via its Durban office. Please note that all transaction will be handled on a strict cash in advance, or cash on delivery basis, before delivery can be effected to the International Convention Center (ICC) Durban.

To facilitate customs clearance, all consignments sent to COP 17/ CMP 7, and which are
part of the exhibition material, should be clearly labelled as non-commercial goods
for education and training purposes only.
To facilitate the tracking of the person to receive the item, the sender organization,
recipient/responsible person, telephone number or e-mail address should be clearly
visible on the consignment label.
Labels for consignment to EXHIBIT, SIDE EVENT and DELEGATION are different
for storage reasons, therefore please mark the consignment accordingly.

For tracking your consignment effectively, you are requested to send your
tracking number OR Airwaybill number in a scanned format to the following
email address:
along with the name of the organization that is sending the goods and the name of
the person who will receive the item/s who will sign off the consignments at the venue.
We would like to remind all participants who will send consignments to COP17/CMP7 to adhere to the limitation of 1m³ of consignment material.
